HUGGBEES

I just did one of them Discovery Vitality health checks. Since I’ve been lazy and fat this year, it’s been a bit of a struggle to get to the required 45000 points to keep Gold Vitality status. One of the things I hadn’t done this year is one of these health check things. A bit worrying since I’ve mostly been drinking and not exercising much this year.

Without the points I get from these tests, I am currently sitting on 42899 points. I should make it to Gold again for next year after this. That could possibly mean Diamond (10% or something back at Pick n Pay, 15% at Nandos. Nice!) status. Not sure how it works, but I think I’ve been on gold for 2 or 3 years now … so we’ll see.

So, the results:

• Blood pressure: 115/85
• Blood Glucose: 4.8
• Cholesterol: 3.9

In essence, the only thing wrong with me is that I am FAT. Crap.
